Another slideshow of Spring photos taken by my wife before my hospital life.  These pictures make me feel better in bed.  Edited with iMovie program in MacBook computer, keeping still images.

Jean, thanks a lot.  My wife will be pleased to hear your comment.

The rainy season has started here in Yokohama, Japan.  During this period, we see beautiful hydrangeas and irises blooming. But I have been staying in hospital this year, so cannot see them at the spots.  Just look at the video uploaded on Vimeo last year.

Sato, you photos are always a joy to view, beautiful flowers.

Mary Ann

Sato, I did not know there were so many varieties of Hydrangea until I saw your video.  The bearded iris has always been one of my favorites and I'll add the Japanese iris to my list.  All of the flowers are beautiful.

Mary Ann

FlaJean

Sato, enjoyed your video.  It is always good to see the videos again.  Beautiful photos.

JeanneP

Sato. So good to see that you are now feeling lot like yourself again. Good to see your photo of flowers. Just beautiful. As I have mentioned before. Can't be close to any due to allergies but I pick one of yours when I am ready to find the Silk copy of the Flower and ready to change in the house. I have now found the Dark Pink Hydrangea for the summer. This one plant shop have such beautiful real ones but then have the Silk one also.

Sato

Jack, Mary Ann, Jean, JeanneP, thanks for your comments on my video.   Am supposing that the same flowers are now in full blooming at the gardens as in the last year.  Wish I could visit there!!

There was a request to want to see my video "Singing in the rain" from Jack, and I looked for it in my site and in Vimeo site. It was not found on the video which I made five years ago immediately.
As at last I found it, I post it here.

I drew the paintings in this video on Word and colored it.

jackwv

Sachiko thank you, that always bring the smiles.

Joy

Sachiko,  love it  !!    Really brings a smile to my face.  One of my favorite songs.

Mary Ann

Sachiko, I remember that video.  I loved it before and I loved it now.  You are so talented.

Mary Ann

Vanilla-Jackie

That's a cross between Singing in the Rain and Mary Poppins....two films I could watch again and again.....well its put a smile on my face, just expecting the children to soon come along and join in..... :)

FlaJean

I remember the video and really enjoyed seeing (and hearing) that again!

JeanneP

Sachiko.  Thank you for playing that again.  5 years you say since you last did it.  You must keep such good files. Unless I put things on a thumb drive I can't find things after a week.
Hope you are feeling better every day. Did you lose lot of weight in Hospital?

Jack, Joy, Mary Ann, Vanilla-Jackie, Jean, JeanneP, thank you very much for your comments!
I'm sorry it becomes slow to access here. I forgot how I made this video. And I remembered it so far.
I described these pictures several times in Microsoft Word and seemed to move it afterwards on PowerPint. I was able to move the girl, the police officer and the cat in PowerPoint. I converted the PowerPoint file into wmv and uploaded it in Vimeo. Those files of Word and PowerPoint are left in my Harddisk..

Sachiko3

JeanneP, thank you very much! My husband who saw I fall down on February 17 worries about me and still prepares meals. My weight is 85lb and 22lb decreased than before.

I described these pictures in Microsoft Word and move them on PowerPint. I converted PowerPoint file into WMV and uploaded it in Vimeo. I made “Fukuyama castle on the New Year’s day”. I made this video earlier than Sachiko's Singing in the Rain. I drew all the pictures in this video.

Sachiko, I marvel at your skills.  Your drawings are wonderful and then the ability to move them about to tell a story is so interesting.  I also remember your videos of Fukuyama Castle.   Hope you are improving each day and wonder if you have the strength and interest to return to your drawing.

Mary Ann

Sachiko, that was a "fun" video of Fukuyama Castle.  That was a lot of weight for  you to lose.  Your husband is a nice man to fix your meals.

Mary Ann

Sachiko. When I look at all the pictures of the food you serve and eat in Japan . Will take some time to put 20 plus pounds back on.  Now here in the US would take about a month. So much fast food and heavy people.  But I am sure that your husband will not be getting you KFC or McDonald all the time.  Do you drink the health Shakes daily? Those are healthy and help.  In time you will find you are gaining back.  B12 shots helped me years ago as I only weighed 90 pounds. Looked O.K as a young person up to 35 years but had to get some weight on.  Not hard to do it now.
JeanneP

Sachiko3

Jack, Marry Ann, JeanneP, thank you very much for your comments.
I am very glad that I have you enjoy it by uploading my works in Vimeo and YouTube.
I will make a new video soon.

Sachiko3

JeanneP, for me, I am sorry to trouble it to you. My doctor said for my heart, it does not seem to be good to increase my weight from now.

JeanneP

Your Doctor knows best. He seems to be taking good care of you.  Soon it will go up. I am now going to keep mine where it now is. Maybe 10 lbs over from when younger. But it seems like when a person gets ill it is better to have a few lbs on as it comes off so easy and fast.
JeanneP

Shirley

I am having trouble getting to view all of the videos lately, not sure if it is the computer or "limited streaming" for the area.  Sure see the repair trucks around a lot.  Someone said that if an area is allowed only a certain amount of streaming it can be over the top by evening.. and that is when I am on the computer.

Sachiko, I lost 15-20 pounds when I had my heart surgery but 3 years later I have gained it back.  I have an appointment for the echocardiogram & ekg the end of this month.  So far my doctors just tell me to "keep doing whatever I am doing"... being so healthy.  I don't take any medicine & they do write on my charts "Patient refuses to take..." whatever pills they recommend, but all have been witness to the bad side effects.  They all act pleased when I come in, more like old friends.  I do hope you soon feel like your old self and can travel like you did.

JeanneP, I would prefer not to have gained back but I have been so bad about using the drive thru to pick up fast food.  Tonight I got the big hamburger, Pepsi, fries and a small ice cream dish with crunched up Oreo cookies, chocolate syrup, & caramel.... comes as a package deal & is SO good.

Good night to all.  News is on & I am sleepy.

JeanneP, Shirley, thank you very much for your comments. I think I must not increase my weight so that my doctor advises me.
My heart does not have the pain, and there is not the none of inconvenience of my body and I live peacefully.

Shirley, Do you also had surgery of your heart. I was relieved to know that you underwent cardiac operations and there are the same experience. My doctor says that I must not increase my weight.

Shirley.  I have just never let myself go through the drive through lanes but I do like a McDonald Sausage and Biscuits when on the Road. That and a Fish Sandwich are the only 2 Fast foods i have eaten.  Yours sounds so good though. I could never eat that much.  But still I can't loose the 10 lbs I would like to loose. Scale never changes even if I don't eat a thing all day. Went 5 day one time with the flu and never lost a lb. But like you I will not take medication. People say that Diuretics would take weight off.

I got finally the "weather and time" sticker.  It has been said that it couldn't be added on the pages of friends in the countries other than US.   I asked Michael (Oldiesmann) the recent situation, and he searched for the new codes.  The style is a bit different: the temperature isn't shown in Celsius, only in Fahrenheit and the city name is Tokyo, not Yokohama (in my case).  Anyway, I have been waiting for it a long time.  I really appreciate his efforts.  Thank you, Michael!!

Sato, I notice that there is a 14 hour difference in our time since I am now on Central Daylight Time.  Hope you are continuing to improve and it is good to hear from you.
