Thank you Mary Ann.  The Seder meal is this Friday evening and I am in full swing cooking    Traditional lamb leg of course with all the trimming.  Yummy! Last night I prepared my Chocolate Mousse  specialist, it has to be frozen for two days, to get the just right texture.
