Aviv was thrilled to see the last lot: he is a big fan of Harry POtter and is reading all his books.  Of course he recognized the aqueduct from the film.

I've been there.  The railroad viaduct is  taller than you think if you just see pictures of it. Such a beautiful country....I'd go back again and again .   My husband and I went 3 separate years and traveled all around Scotland, Skye, and the Outer Hebrides.  I would go again and again, if I could still travel.  I see that  they were there when the heather was in bloom.

I enjoyed these very much, Bubble.

Last week we went over to friends to see and enjoy their garden.. Not only was it buzzing with bees , the hummingbirds were everywhere!

Hello to you all. I seem to drift off into periods of forgetfulness such as now when I lose all recollection of past events. That is what happened here; I totally forgot about Seniors and Friends. I guess it's the cyber version of a senior wandering off on a random journey with no idea where he's going.  Anyway, I found my way back. Not much is going on here in the residence, although I heard that the number of residents has grown smaller due to folks moving to where they can get more care.  That hasn't happened to me yet but I suppose it's a matter of time. I hope it's a long way off because I really like it here.  As you can see I had an outing with 3 of my boys and Bubble  was kind enough to send yyou  the picture. As a matter of interest Bubble met my boys when she made her visit to Canada. I guess it's a sign of time marching on, but my oldest is a senior! That's something that I'm still trying to get my head around. Anyway, I'm back and I'll see you later/

Jane, did you miss the fun weather yesterday afternoon? We did. It seems the nasty storms went both north and south of us. We got some rain here, but not heavy, and I didn't see any strong winds.

Beautiful black bear my friend encountered on her walk. THankfully he was more interested in eating the fish he just caught than her and the dog.

Black bears are unpredictable, and they are good climbers. Especially in fall when they bulking up for winter. I hope that was a zoomed picture!

Patricia, no matter how fast one thinks they are they can not out run a bear!! Worst thing they can do is run.
You do have to admit he is a fine specimen, hughe, lovely coat on him and minding his own business.

Beautiful picture of the Black Bear, AMY.  On TV last night they showed a bear that they brought to the Colorado wilderness from California where she had broken into MANY homes‼️ I am so happy they relocated her that far vs killing her‼️ Thank you for posting BUBBLE🥰
