Amy perhaps Sato or Jean has a solution.  I seldom use the pad, but also the phone has the same problem.  You can use the cloud and if on the computer can then see the video, but even then too large to email. Do not know how Bubble would handle. For large ones on my computer I will put it on Vimeo and link to the discussion,  You can shorten or edit the video but do not get much in size for an email.  I also will use Any Video Converter to convert to a different mode and it sometimes will let me email.

Amy

Patricia ,thank you, I do think the length of the video has something to do with not being able to mail. I did a short video and it would email.

Jack, thank you. I think if I had of used my phone I would be able to send it but grabbed the tablet instead. As I told Patricia I did do a short video and it did send. The joys of these modern conveniences!!

I always upload my videos to Vimeo and link the URL same as Jack.  Gmail allows 25mg but other email providers are much more strict regarding size.

Jean, I think my problem is my videos are too large . I will have to learn not to make them too long.

Bubble... interesting trees.

Amy for emails only, doubt you can take video for even 10 seconds.   If you have a large one you can put on Vimeo and limit who can view.   I have even used youtube, but concerned with privacy.

Thank you Bubble for those, unique to northern climes, trees! If no one else has any unusual trees to post, perhaps Bubble can announce a new topic for the discussion.

I had to laugh, Don, when I saw that title, thirsty tree! What a good shot! Do you have an idea for a new subject?

so_P_bubble

Good one Donklan! ha ha ha

jackwv

Don a good title and a great shot.

show me a ... MACRO PHOTO

jackwv

Bubble, just having my morning coffee and spotted your request.  I went to my photos.  Seldom use Macro but this one was with the camera set for Macro and reached in to get close.   Will be interesting to see some true, up close, photos.

I don't usually do macro: camera not good enough!
I tried this one

then I did a little charm attached to a thumb drive:

Bubble, I checked the camera settings, but too far over my head  (Most things are anymore)    I then took a photo of my mantle and the top of the anniv. clock has a small figurine that almost looks like it belongs in the painting.  I then took a close up of the figurine. Had to then adjust with the windows 10 photo app.

Shirley

Love this subject & all photos so far, but still have to thank everyone for their trees!  Bubble, I have a photo of me standing inside the trunk of a giant redwood laying on it's side... in a campground in Olympic Nat'l Forest.  I'm guessing that is you?  I never saw a trunk like the basket weave of that palm.  Quite a thirsty tree, Don!  Thank you all.........

I've never gotten as sharp macro shots with my Lumix cameras as I did with the original Sony.... but I will see what I can do.  My tiger lilies are blooming right now so will go check them out.  (Batteries are shot on the Sony & don't plan to buy more.)  What to do with older cameras?
  :tissue:

jackwv

Shirley I gave my old Nikon to my son and the previous Lumix to my daughter. Both were good cameras and have to encourage them to use them.    Like the close ups keep them coming.

angelface555

To follow Jack's lead; show us an unusual tree.
